Applying the Integrated Model of Retirement Adjustment: Using Training Interventions to Promote Productive Ageing
Principal Investigator: Dr Joanne Earle (University of New South Wales)
This study seeks to translate research findings about predictors of retirement adjustment into interventions designed to promote productive ageing.

Supporting Community Leaders: Understanding and Supporting the Role of Older People in Community Action and Community Leadership
Principal Investigator: Dr Margot Rawsthorne (University of Sydney)
This study aims to better understand and support the role of older people in community action and community leadership. It will investigate the motivations behind older people becoming community leaders, what supports their involvement in community action and how their participation could be better supported by community and government agencies.
