National Seniors Australia is the leading not-for-profit organisation, providing a voice for older Australians. As an organisation seeking to drive the agenda for older Australians we are active in communicating to the community and stakeholders. We are currently seeking applications for a part-time (4 days per week) role working within the delivery of our communication strategies.

Working in the Communications and Engagement team this role will help support and manage our content distribution channels across our website, magazine and newsletters. Additionally this role will create and edit content for distribution including articles and general communications.

We are looking for a strong communicator with experience in marketing or communications that is able to work within an articulated Comms strategy.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Create and edit content for distribution through our communication channels.
  • Edit and rewrite submitted content.
  • Publish and update our website
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders with general marketing administration

We are seeking someone with:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills
  • Strong digital ability
