National Seniors events for WA

National Seniors will be holding free information sessions in Western Australia next week to share insights into a range of current issues affecting older Australians.

These will include our advocacy activities in the lead up to this year’s federal election, our Budget submission to the federal government, and our role in the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety.

Presented by General Manager Membership and Strategic Partnerships, Sandra Philpott, attendees also will learn more about the existing and new benefits of National Seniors membership.

People aged 60-plus are the fastest growing age group in Australia and are one fifth of the population. There is strength in numbers, so come along and learn more about the important role that National Seniors plays in improving the quality of life for all older Australians and the generations to come.

Events will be held Friday 15 March at Mount Claremont Community Centre and Monday 18 March at Citiplace Community Centre, Perth. Refreshments will be provided. To secure your seat, click here and register by 14 March.
