One of my favourite sources is the Health Report with Dr Norman Swan on ABC Radio National.
Last weekend I tuned into a podcast on heart health. It scared me into action.
It features cardiologist Dr Ben Levine who said you can protect against heart failure and even reverse damage to your heart and blood vessels so long as you get into exercise before you hit 65.
I’ve got less than nine months to go! So, I did a one-hour run through the hills near my home.
