Changes to NSA eGift Cards

Thank you to those who have supported the work of National Seniors Australia (NSA) via the purchase of eGift Cards. We understand these cards have been a popular purchase for many since they became available in April.

To provide even more choice, more savings and more security, NSA is moving from the current NSA eGift Card Portal to the NSA EAT | PLAY | SAVE Member Discounts App. While NSA members are no longer able to purchase eGift Cards on the portal, customers can still view their existing purchase(s) until 21 March 2027. From October 2026, the purchase of gift cards can be made via our Discounts App only. 

The user-friendly and bespoke app makes purchases even easier and more secure while providing access to a wider range of valuable offers on dining, shopping, and entertainment. Simply follow the instructions below to continue shopping with even greater ease and confidence.  

We understand the move from the portal to the app is a change to the way some people purchase eGift cards, but we are making the transition to ensure we can continue to offer the same great savings while ensuring your strengthened security. We thank you for your continued support.

What you need to do:

If you've purchased eGift Cards through the portal, we recommend that you: 

1. Save the details of any unspent eGift Cards currently stored in your digital wallet 
2. Use any remaining balances on your next shop where possible 
3. Ensure you've retained your gift card number, PIN and any other redemption details you may need before the portal closes on 21 March 2027, so you can continue to use your remaining card balances.
