What is Support at Home?
Support at Home will replace Home Care Packages in providing in-home aged care for many people from 1 November 2025.

More information can be found in the Support at Home booklet for older people, families and carers prepared by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, or on the government MyAgedCare website.
More aged care videos can be found on the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing YouTube page.
A number of aged care videos in languages other than English can be found on their playlist here.

We are calling for mature age traineeships for more home care workers, grants for small-scale aged care homes, and an independent funding reform process for aged care.
By contributing to this campaign, you will play a large role in creating a safer and adequately resourced aged care sector, ensuring that older Australians have confidence in the care system.
