The Calamvale Branch in SE Qld is one of National Seniors' biggest branches with many monthly activities. Our monthly meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of each month, February - December which are held at the Algester Sports Club, 41 Endiandra Street, Algester. There is plenty of off street parking for our members and guests. Our meetings include morning tea, guest speakers, local and national NSA updates, raffles and fun activities. Our doors open at 9.15, morning tea is served at 9.30 and our meeting opens at 10.15 with our guest speaker.
We have many organised activities for members throughout each month and visitors are always warmly welcomed.
Our monthly sausage sizzle is a wonderful day out and a great and easy way to catch up with and get to know your fellow members.
The ladies have a monthly birthday lunch with cake and cards organised at local and suitable restaurants and also our monthly ladies lunches which are popular and also at local restaurants or cafes.
The men have their Thursday weekly coffee and catch up which has been a tremendous success.

Movie Day
We go to the local theatres at Sunnybank
Sausage Sizzle
We meet at a beautiful park in Calamvale where there are bbq's and facilities. Salads and desserts are brought by members and the bbq items are supplied by our club. The day usually ends with a trivia session
Ladies Birthday Lunch
This is a wonderful fun few hours for ladies celebrating their birthdays
Quilting Morning
Members meet at a members home where they quilt, chat, and enjoy morning tea.
Bus Trip Bus Trip
Bus trips are on the 3rd Wednesday of each and every month. This full fabulous day out includes bus, morning tea, entry and then lunch. Joins us for a memorable day out.
The cost is $70. This includes your full day out.
Garden Club
Do you have a green thumb or like to have one. Come along and share your love of gardening or just enjoy a cuppa and chats with the Garden club members. We meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Venue always to be advised.
Ladies Monthly Lunch
We meet for lunch on the last Thursday of each month at one of our many local restaurants.
All are welcome.
Committee Meeting
The current committee of Calamvale NSA meet monthly to plan and organise events etc and discuss matters of interest for the branch.
Men's Morning Cuppa
The guys meet up each Thursday for men's chats and friendship. Thursdays 8.30am at a Cafe, in Drewvale. Contact the branch for info.
