About our branch

Connecting People. Strengthening Community. Creating Positive Change.

The Childers Social Branch is a welcoming place for people to contribute, learn and strengthen an inclusive community.

Through partnerships with local not-for-profit organisations, community groups and businesses, it supports initiatives that connect people, celebrate strengths and improve community wellbeing.

Individuals or groups seeking engagement can participate at a level that suits them.

Stay connected through the Facebook Group, online newsletter or printed copies at Childers Library, Neighbourhood Centre or the Isis Club.

Meetings are at the Isis Club at 10:00 am first Thursday of each month, except January, for friendship, ideas and involvement.

Childers Branch regular monthly catch ups are held at the Isis Club on the first Thursday of the month from 10am. Members and non members are welcome. Buy your own tea, coffee, food.
