November Branch Meeting - dress in your best "fashions of the field" in rainbow hues
This is our last meeting of the year. Arrival at 9:30am for a 9:45am start. Meeting includes refreshments, guest speaker presentation, updates on branch and national activities, fun time, and raffles. Cost is $10.00 per person payable in cash on arrival. All members and guests welcome.
As a belated nod to the Melbourne Cup we encourage everyone to dress in their best “fashions of the field” in rainbow hues. We will also run a race of sorts where everyone will have a past winning horse in our race.
Our guest speaker will be Ethan from Ravatech, a supplier of new technology developing a simple video calling device for people who find ordinary mobile phones and tablets difficult to manage.
A representative from the Mission to Seafarers will join us on the day so we can present the items that our members have kindly been knitting throughout the year.
Join fellow members for a light lunch at the Parkside Club after the meeting (at your own cost).
