Deniz Tek
Musician, emergency physician and naval aviator Deniz Tek has lived a life few could imagine. In Full Throttle, the Radio Birdman co-founder recounts his remarkable journey from childhood in Michigan to Sydney’s explosive 1970s punk scene, emergency rooms and the cockpit of an F-4 Phantom. Along the way, he shares gripping stories of danger, survival and achievement, revealing the determination that drove him across music, medicine and aviation. Raw and reflective, this is a memoir about pushing boundaries, embracing possibility and living life at full throttle.
