Nothing “world-class” about 200,000 older Australians waiting for care

National Seniors Australia (NSA) is continuing to put pressure on the government to immediately release home care packages to help clear the wait list, which now sits around 200,000 people (between those waiting for an assessment and those waiting for care) in an aged care system the government maintains is “world-class”.
