Research reveals value for Aged Care Workers
The release of new research by National Seniors Australia (NSA) reveals the value older Australians place on aged care workers. The findings highlight the importance placed on aged care training, better conditions, and remuneration, as well as the importance placed on inherent attributes such as kindness, compassion, and respect – as much as formal qualifications.
