National Seniors Financial Literacy Service provides information and support to Queenslanders identified as at risk of elder financial abuse. This is available through referral by the Financial Protection Service (FPS).
Important notes
People who have received a referral from the Financial Protection Service have been given a Free Call Code to quote to receive assistance from National Seniors Financial Literacy Service.
This Free Call Code is critical for tracking the number of referrals fulfilled - if the person prefers not to take advantage of the free membership, it's important for you to record the Free Call Code in order to fulfil our reporting obligations.
