Joining your travel buddies in the charming Victorian town of Echuca, you’ll be whisked by coach to Torrumbarry for the start of the cruise.

With a maximum of 38 guests across 19 sumptuous staterooms, from the minute you step aboard the Australian-owned PS Australian Star you’ll be lulled into the rhythm of the mighty Murray and captivated by its timeless beauty.

Reflections of time

As you glide along Australia’s longest river, each day will be filled with a tapestry of enriching experiences.

Follow in the footsteps of actors, Sigrid Thornton and John Waters, as you wander through Perricootta Station, the film location for TV miniseries All the Rivers Run. Explore the bygone days of river life on guided and free-range tours around the lively Port of Echuca, and enjoy the quirky Great Aussie Beer Shed & Heritage Farm Museum with more than 20,000 treasures from bygone days.

A tour of the famed hand-painted silo art installations followed by lunch in a local country pub also adds impact to the journey.
