Support to ease cost-of-living pressures


The federal Labor caucus met to address the cost of living. Here's what National Seniors chief executive officer Chris Grice said in a series of radio interviews regarding the matter.

Labor’s cost-of-living caucus meeting was held this week. National Seniors Australia supports moves to reduce pressures for all Australians, including older people. CEO Chris Grice said a recent survey of 6,500 older people found that cost-of-living was the most important issue, followed by private health and primary health care.

Among other media outlets, he spoke to radio stations in southern and north Queensland and in Canberra.
