Macadamia Nut Pesto
This healthy recipe from Dr Libby (PhD) makes two cups and takes about 15 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients
2 large cups basil leaves
1 cup raw macadamia nuts
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and ground black pepper
½ cup filtered water
Combine the basil and macadamias in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Pulse until the nuts are well ground and the basil is well incorporated.
With the motor running, add the lemon juice, salt, pepper and enough of the water to make a smooth paste.
