Brighton

Branch Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from January to November at the Lighthouse Community Church, cnr Jetty Road and The Crescent, Brighton, on the beach side of the railway line. Meetings are from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon. Members should start to arrive from 9.30 am. Morning tea is between 10.30 am and 11.00 am. Guest speaker or entertainment from 11.00 am to 12.00 noon.

Each month we have an interesting speaker or entertainment.
There is an active Walking Group, which meets every Tuesday, except when there is a Branch Meeting, and the walk is on the following day. The walks are very leisurely, we walk for about half an hour, have coffee and a good old chinwag for an hour and return to the starting point. See our Newsletter for more details.

We also have regular outings, including bus trips, museum visits, historical sites and many other outings suggested by the members.

There is a lunch each month after the monthly meeting and an Anniversary Lunch in July/August plus a Christmas Lunch.
