• Cost: $27.00 Members; $35.00 Guests (includes bus travel, and lunch.) Cash payments for this tour will be collected at the Meeting on Friday 3 February Electronic Bank payments can be made up Friday 17 February 2023. Places limited due to bus size capacity to 20 persons only. Persons registering beyond 20 persons will be kept on a reserve list.
• Brief Details: Travel by bus from the George Burnett Leisure Centre, Karawara at 9.15am to a Recreation Area about an hour’s drive. Drop in a McDonalds store for a coffee and snack at own cost. Then go by bus to see an open-air Memorial Designed by a distinguished architect as a place for reflection and discovery. Later travel at 11.45am to a country hotel and pub for a Seniors lunch at 12 noon. Leave the hotel at around 1.45pm for the return journey of about 80-minute duration.
