National Seniors Australia is working with the Council on the Ageing (COTA) Australia and the Older Persons Advocacy Network (OPAN) to inform the Australian Government of your views on two major reforms:

  • The new Aged Care Act and the rights and other foundational aspects it contains.
  • Funding principles for a sustainable aged care system.

Consultations are being held in August and September 2023 to provide a platform for older people, families, carers, and people of all ages interested in the future of aged care to share their knowledge and insights.
